Back in 2000 she was found in a corn field in central California under the influence of some type of drug.
Wonder if Ms. Heche will even get a ticket for excessive speed on a residential street, or for driving while impaired? Well, guess that'd only be possible if she's actually tested for drug and alcohol consumption, which would have had a negative effect on her ability to operate a motor vehicle, but i suppose we'll just have to wait and see about all of that.
