As a person with ADHD…the meds never helped me the best "medicine" was actually fidget/stress toys. Ironically playing with them helped me focus.

Try being a teacher without medication! My students don’t have medication, my doctor is no help, and my pharmacist is basically a robot doing a mediocre impression of a human being.

The fact you have to jump through shoots and ladders just to maybe get an addy prescription these days has already been negatively impacting people on mass in this country for close to 2 decades. Most people with ADHD don't get to have adderall and a huge number of the people on these meds don't even have ADHD. Everything about how we're handling stimulants in this country is completely backwards.
I used to take Adderall. I was prescribed it and I would get high on it if I took too many pills. I believe it's just an addictive drug that makes drug companies rich just like a lot of other stuff they over prescribe.
