A man was rescued from a partially submerged jon boat after more than 24 hours at sea off the coast of Florida, the U.S. Coast Guard says.

He said about 20 or 25 boats passed by. But no one rescued him until the coast guard came. It is only 12 miles from the coast. Busy area. But people have cold heart.

Really good aerial footage why can't they get a UFO that good
There is a trick to bailing water from a boat of that size. You can rock it side to side and water will splash out and the boat rises higher out of the water with each splash. That said, it probably does take practice and might only work with a certain shaped vessel.
