Recently a hired contractor told me about a time he was helping his Mom find an affordable place to live in these parts, which is S.W. Washington state. He found some Mobile Home Parks where the rent was about $500. a month, a while ago. But you had to be a farm worker. His mom was a retired homemaker. In my view that was total descrimination as well as financial elder abuse! It was geared and advantaged toward only farm workers, whose racial profile is that?

About time. Legal actions should have been started months ago against these divisive policies and the companies pushing this crap. A person, regardless of color, is either qualified for a job or not. And if you are not, so sorry for your bad luck, you don't get the job. Find something to which you are qulified or get training to improve your skill set. Being prepared for a job is on the person seeking employment, not the employer.
