Pretty disturbing that a 12 year old having a smartphone and social media is now normalized. This report doesn't even question the parenting around it, instead solely going after the apps themselves. Weird.
We've reached an era where intelligence is now a threat so ironic that few years ago ppl are envisioning the future to be run by this thought process systems.

Them be parents instead of their best friends. Android and apple both have systems in place for parental control, use it and stop blaming snapchat for your shortcomings as a parent. Google is just a browser away, finding out how to implement parental controls on devices take a 1 second search. Putting those parental controls on a phone takes less than 5 minutes, even the settings have a search function.
This is where true parenting comes into play. If you fail your child..that is on you 100%. Don't blame anyone but yourself.
I figured out how to make a sploof when I was 16. My friend just told me how to do it. I guess we should ban friends.
You can easily search those things on the internet, with or without AI.
