I work in fast food and customers are so rude and entitled! They expect 5 star service with less than half staffing. Always asking for the manager to complain on something just to get free food. Take heed Karen's out there-we have had enough of your b.s.!!
There is no excuse for throwing hot grease on someone over a simple argument. The manager should be charged with 1st degree attempted murder. She knew what she was going to do and what she was going to use the second she turned around.
