This is a very simple fix hold the Alabama officials in contempt of court lock their asses up just like you would do any other person that violated the court order also void any elections that don't have to Black districts on the voteing map in fine the state for violating a court order last but not least remove all these officials that are not complying input other people in that will follow the court order.
Alabama is literally asking to have its politicians arrested at this point for contempt of court (failure to follow the order given by a court).

Many of you in the comments needs to take a refresher course on the Constitution.
Article 1, Section 4 of the Constitution explains that the States have the primary authority over election administration, the "times, places, and manner of holding elections".

It's the hypocrisy that gets me: how can they be one of the top state governments braying about how Roe being struck down by SCOTUS is a great victory for states rights…whilst simultaneously refusing to accept SCOTUS rulings with which they disagree?
As a parent, it reminds me of teenage logic: "rules for thee but not for me." IMHO, you can either concur with the legality of SCOTUS rulings or not, regardless of whether you agree with them. But historically, what you can't do as a member state of the USA is decide that you're only going to uphold rulings that benefit your state and align with your elected officials' personal beliefs, whilst ignoring those which you find distasteful. To me, this calls to mind the time when Quebec wanted to officially secede from Canada back in the 90s…but still wanted to continue using Canadian currency and having access to resources like the Canadian national healthcare system, national social welfare services and the RCMP. As my mom always says, "either you're in, or you're out…ain't no two ways about it!"
