I feel like these women are some of those women that voted for this so my sympathy only goes so far. Now that Roe v. Wade has affected upper class white families I see a sense of urgency I didn't see prior.

I'm confused. If the supreme Court sees the embryos as people, why are they keeping the embryos from being implanted into the women that are waiting for transfers??? And what are their plans to do with those embryos if they're stopping the transfers?

I am so curious about the litigants in the original court case. I get they are grieving the loss of their embryos. How do they now feel they are now stopping all these families from using their embryos?
I belive they are owed for their loss they did pay alot of money to get those embryos. But they are ridiculous for claiming murder. My 2 cents.

Why did they have to cancel the transfer? Why didn't they transfer it? Transfer is not destruction of an embryo. The embryos they already have they should have given to the women who were prepped. They're taking a holy and good ruling and making it into something terrible–the doctor is crazy!

The ruling only applies to wrongful death cases, which in this case would be clinics that neglect or destroy the embryos. I wish it was more than that, but the pro IVF crowd should be overjoyed: they can now sue these clinics for the deaths of their children.

Question: If you're a Frozen Embryo but never hatched when Loki returns are you safe from Odin's judgement?
I ask because while I'm not a believer still over the years I've been told by at least some of faith that yes even children are judged by their god and as a result can be subject to HELL! (PS There are those of any-number of faiths who seem to trip over themselves trying to make their god sound like a real PRICK!)
Now I think it's fair as well as logical (Yes I realize logic and faith are far from seeing eye to eye) but still people come on! As I was saying it's logical to argue that a child might be told by the grown ups in their lives and the society they grew up in that they are part of the X,Y, or Z cult but until their brains mature they didn't really make a choice at least yet. Also it might be logical to hope they get exposed to alternatives prior to making a final choice after all Christians might argue that a Islamic child who wasn't informed about Christianity in their small isolated village couldn't make a choice unless they knew there were options to choose from. However their are those who disagree.
