  1. well done 'merica, once again, you're the best in the business of dumb

  2. No man has a right to deny another anything. No man has a right to make laws upon another. That is tyranny not freedom. Christianity is tyranny not freedom. There is no government like no government

  3. Dartmouth must revoke the degree it conferred to gud ole boi bible thu
    mper TP!

    Pry from the cold ones…
    Ya don’t speak for me

  4. Total kook crazy as a mad hatter…what about separation of church and state

  5. Although currently the longest period of time that a frozen embryo (or in Alabama a Child) has remained viable for an actual birth is 19 years, it is widely believed that a frozen embryo (or in Alabama a Child) could potentially remain viable for up to 55 years. With that in mind what would happen to one of these Alabama “children” if their biological parents died prior to them being able to become unborn? The not yet conceived “children” would become orphans, would they become a ward of the State? Would DCFS need to step in to see for their welfare? Would the State become financially responsible for their housing and… I guess maintenance would be the appropriate word? Finally, would the “child” be legally entitled to inheritance?

  6. There was a time when religion ruled the world. It is known as the Dark Ages —- Ruth Hurmence Green.

  7. Side-Eye. The Christian God so many white evangelicals worship has been missing-in-action in Alabama since forever and a day, or so it seems, and Tom Parker helps prove it everyday. For belivers in American Democracy, it couldn't hurt to read a 2014 article about this "Harper Valley" hypocrite who traffics in hubris, treats humility like cancer, and considers the Christian Commission to "love your neighbor, as yourself" a suggestion. It was published during his candidacy for a seat on the Alabama Supreme Court, a gerrymandered edifice usually populated one-hundred percent by Republicans. "Alabama Supreme Court cadidate Tom Parker has extremist ties — Tom Parker is counting on his ties to former Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore to help him win election to the Court in 2004. But Parker isn't commenting on his ties to neo-Confederates and white supremists." (INTELLIGENCE REPORT MAGAZINE, Oct. 14, 2004) by Heidi Beirich and Mark Potok. 8. Christian nationalist communism at its finest..

  9. The AL SC Chief Justice Tom Parker wrote in his concurring opinon that

“Human life cannot be wrongfully destroyed without incurring the wrath of a holy God. “Even before birth, all human beings have the image of God, and their lives cannot be destroyed without effacing his glory.”

He invoked the Book of Genesis and the prophet Jeremiah and quoted at length from the writings of 16th- and 17th-century theologians.

THAT is pure religious belief, not science. Theocracies are based on religious law as in Iran, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, the Vatican and Yemen. The US is not a theocracy no matter how badly some right-wing Christians desire it.

  10. This is an example of fascist theocracy, harming the IVF industry jobs and the rights of women (AGAIN!!).

  11. This goes well beyond ignorance. The Alabama SC ruling will not stand, it cannot. If in fact, they knew and understood the level of ignorance they were engaging in that court should be dissolved. This is an unconscionable decision. Witless and cruel. Intentional ignorance is defined as stupid and that is what this is.

  12. Unborn children ARE children! Certainly at least once they are able to feel consciousness and/or pain. Unborn Lives Matter.

  13. Since life begins at conception, embryos are humans that deserve human rights which the government IS supposed to defend. No, I'm not religious. If a woman is killed and found to be pregnant, The murderer is justly charged with a double homicide.

  14. So according to Alabama, there are a bunch of literal frozen children sitting around? Now what? Are they going to end up in a foster freezer? Are people going to adopt them?

  15. Does the Montgomery Alabama water supply have a lead contamination problem? How else do you explain the brain deterioration in the state capital, or is this simply due to inbreeding. Perhaps people in the capital think this is the 1690's, so we can expect them to start witch trials next.

  16. So can I claim them on my taxes?

  17. Those census numbers are going to be insane. Not to mention no one will be at work because of paternity leave. 😂(morons)

  18. I don't think religious beliefs should be used as justification for any ruling. Use actually evidence and science or shut the hell up.

  19. Weather a entity is a person or not should not be left to the states this is a national issue that implies citizenship , criminal law as well as tax consequences.

  20. When Biden calculates your reduced student loan payments using the income based guidelines, he considers an unborn child a person, and counts that as a household member and lowers your payment. True story

  21. Alabama: where common sense, science, and logic go to die.

  22. So, is showing images of unclothed embryos in petri dishes considered child pornography? If so, there's a lot of child pornography being shown on news channels…

  23. Breaking frozen embryos is a murder? This is crazy.

  24. Finally someone with intelligence that believes the science.
