It's the United States Government that prescribe drugs to patients then it gets out of control. Some of these drugs need banned but then again people will rebel in the hospitals and steal them. Constant monitoring needs to be done of all people. People still get away with it. The police, CIA and FBI aren't strong enough. We need more help! More people are dying.
