Oh. I see Baldwin must have been using one of those guns that pulls it’s own trigger.
He killed a beautiful human being. He was tired, said he hadn't seen his family for six weeks and he shouldn't have put anyone on his set in harm's way, because of this. Jail will cool his abuse and hot headed temper.

Weather you like the actor or not I particularly don't . He does act like a jerk a lot and how this average looking corny mediocre actor made it is a mystery. One thing to keep in mind is that being charged with Involuntary Manslaughter does not mean he will be convicted of it. The police and prosecution looked at the definition "an unintentional killing that results from recklessness, criminal negligence, or from a low level criminal act such as a misdemeanor". Recklessness is where one "is aware of risk that they may have been creating" and Negligence is when a person is "not aware of the risk, but should have been aware of it". Based on the situation Baldwin should have been aware of risk and safety protocols and they were failed to be enacted.
If they fine Baldwin guilty of Misdemeanor Gross Negligence he may see probation, or 1 year in jail, or a fine of up to $1000; Felony negligence is felony probation, 2-6 years in prison, and up to $10,000 at the MAXIMUM.
Generally as a first offense, with heavy accidental circumstances overtones, and criminal charges going to others; my guess is he will get a misdemeanor, pay $1000 (or less), and either 1 year probation or community service in the form of participating in gun safety messaging to the public (if even that).
He did pull the trigger. Several spent Shell casings we're found from guns, one of Baldwin's personal guns too. He KNOWS. What a coward to try to blame an Armorer that asked for help. She didn't get any. She didn't pull the trigger. Baldwin's arrogance says it all. Pictures of him crying. Vomiting. Witness accounts at the scene. He's the worst excuse for a man.
