  1. This guy is a sociopath, he did it…

  2. How glad is Joe Biden this is ALL YOU SEE EVERY DAMN DAY..NOBODY CARES EXCEPT SLEEPY HES SO HAPPY EVERYONE ISNT WATCHING HIM BUST THAS STUPID ASS AGAIN ON AIR FORCE 1

  3. The more prosecutors beat the defendant up on the witness stand, the more they help him. This is why a defense lawyer tells his client, “let them beat you up.”

  4. Everyone has lied. Be it a big one or alttle fib lie.everyone has.they ant no santa clause but parents lie.and addiction plays a role in it.i have to hand it to this man.hes up to the plate admiding.his guilt.

  5. I thought his wife had wanted a divorce for years and when he got booted from his grandfather’s law firm she was finally ready to move forward with it and promised to take everything. Wasn’t this THE most corrupt family in that state for generations and people would quake in their shoes around them or even at the mention of their name? Weren’t they super nasty?😮

  6. This Loser Alex Murder when he is found GUILTY must get the DEATH PENALTY!!! Don't wait for YRS to do it…😡🤬😡🤬

  7. Considering he’s a pathological liar and thief. Now he’s going to get on the stand and tell the truth and use the drug addiction defense about not being at the kennels. Glad I’m not on the jury

  8. I am not a person of sympathy. I do have empathy. I am not sorry for my thoughts, but I believe in my thoughts.

  9. Was this murder vengeance? Look at Morgan and Mallory’s Boyfriend —Netflix documentary

  10. he's not ven remotely believable . lies , then gets caught lying and is forced to admit that he lied with some less than Academy Award level acting . i suspect he is a pathological lying sociopath .

  11. Was his hands checked for gun residue

  12. They still have yet to prove beyond a reasonable doubt

  13. Alex reminded me of the really bad over acting by Amber heard with the fake blubbering , snotty sniffling and the weird mouth chewing smacking sounds (gross) . I think Alex better blow his nose wipe his tears and buckle up because tomorrow things are going to get REAL .

  14. You guys aren’t bias at all

  15. So he pressured Maggie and Paul to come back to the property but he didn't want to go to the kennel because she asked him.

  16. If he changed the clothes in the house, then the housekeeper would've found them there the next day, but she clearly said she'd never seen them before.

  17. I don’t think he did it idk. Either way they can’t prove it to the jury

  18. Me, 2 seconds in:
    Oh, GOD…no!!!!
It's not "Alec; his name is spelled Alex."
I can't stand my fellows americans' laziness in taking the time to correctly read and pronounce words. It takes an extra 5 seconds to pay attention to the words in front of you.

  19. He wants to be difficult with Waters hence answering a question with a question and Waters is playing his game.He is a pathological liar and a killer.Stole money from desperate people and didn't blink an eye.

  20. Shaking his head yes, as he’s asked, did he kill his wife and then again when asked, did he kill his son? Not saying it’s the last word, but it is on the list of things that liars will do inadvertently.

  21. To obtain financial freedom, one must either be a business owner, an investor or both, generating passive income, particularly on a monthly basis.

  22. Nothing showing he is anything other than GUILTY!!!!

  23. On my husband’s account here but I gotta say those are 2 very attractive ppl especially the attorney 🤩 Edit: The reporter and the attorney she’s interviewing lol not the defendant and his attorney 😂

  24. The whole kennel story sounds like a liar trying to oversell a lie.

  25. Lies, opiates suppress many of your bodies regular functions—not just respiratory and CNS functions but digestion (hence constipation) but your body doesn’t really care as much if your hot or cold. The opposite is true (especially during withdrawal) and the prosecution should point this out when they got any medical examiners on the stand, as changing his clothes is pretty suspicious.

  26. It didn’t show him testify tho wtf

  27. Damn the defense attorney asked, “did you blow your son’s brains out?” I thought that was the prosecution. He was probably trying to illicit an emotional response and still nothing. Guilty asf. (Edit: I saw it on another video not this one)

  28. Unbelievable how unemotional he is when someone says did your son’s brain out? My sister died 5 yrs ago yesterday of a blood clot and if someone said anything about her death or funeral—5 yrs later—I wouldn’t be able to hold it together.

  29. The statement analysis and behavioral panel/body language people will have a field day with this. Sadly, 12 exhausted jurors might not pick up on what experts trained in deception will. A whole lot of "chaff and redirect" long-winded explanations, remarks like "I would never INTENTIONALLY hurt Paul" and emotional displays that come and go in seconds, in addition to the proven lies and mysterious missing clothing and lack of blood and his lack of fear or concern for his son's safety or his own… I could go on. Sad there was such a botched investigation of this crime scene, but these are (or at least, were) hugely powerful people in their region and I doubt many people were willing to risk going up against them.

  30. I think the investigation was fumbled…so many unanswered questions…whose DNA under Maggie's fingernails, No blood spatter on Alex's clothes, and the time line does not add up…how could he change clothes, hide the bloody clothes and the gun, toss the phone? All before he went to his Mom's. Unless he had an accomplice! The entry to the home property that was down by the dog Kennals …Could someone have parked there…when they heard Alex leave to go to his Mom's,through the main gate..Shot them and took Maggie's phone and tossed it. They would have blood spatter but Alex did not.

  31. Dude.
You’re a liar. Drugs, seriously? Man up you’re going to prison.
I’m an addict too. Ya done fuckedup, own it.

  32. Every lawyer is on Percocet!

  33. I think it’s easier for him to appear emotional due to his withdrawal frustration

  34. Am is guilty and I pray the jury gets it right.

  35. Touched both body's, but no real blood on Alex. So in 17 seconds from the time he pulls up in 17 secs he checks paul, rolls him, touches Paul's cell phone, checks his wife. 17 seconds? Really?

  36. It’s Alex not Alec… god how stupid can you be

  37. I'm sorry, who is this Alex Murgaugh guy? Why is he on the news?

  38. I don't believe him .I saw birds like him sing before. He's emotional in his case .I believe he didn't want to kill his wife and son he felt he had to kill his wife and son.

  39. I don't whether he is guilty or not! Obviously he's a likeable guy! All he needs is one juror to go his way and there will be a hung jury and a new trial!!
