Under 65? Just let the Boomers die in utter dejection. None of my contributions to society for the past 70 years matter. After all, according to younger generations my life is over, so I might as well just die. Mental and emotional health is vital to everyone including children and the elderly.

I guess if you get to 65 you're not going to have those issues! Or,, is it that seniors don't matter ?
Why not younger? A lot of kids have anxiety and depression issues from neglect, abuse, and trauma and painful incidents (even TBI).
I have a friend who can't get an appointment for anxiety attacks at the VA. So let's not pretend that the medical system has more capacity.
Much depression and anxiety comes from lacking money. Thus, “treatment” only means making the poor poorer!
Tell these short-sighted “experts” to go prey on someone else. And to peddle their illogical “solutions” somewhere else.
Anxiety is normal when you live in a predatory world. Fix the cause, or you’re only treating symptoms.
It's incredible how people in the West don't do the basics and then wonder why anxiety is skyrocketing. Exercise a lot, limit caffeine (which is fuel for anxiety), limit sugar (keep insulin levels normal), stay hydrated, spend time each day in silence by yourself, socialize with people in a positive way – be kind and smile, set boundaries with people and work, etc…these aren't cures, but the basics, and not many people practice these. The book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels is good for learning mindfulness meditation as well. We need to learn to slow down and enjoy each day, and let go of demanding expectations.

So if you're 65 and older? It doesn't matter if you're anxious?
I get one of these questionnaires at almost all my doctors visits now. My only problem with it is that it is so obvious what they are looking for on them so it would be easy to lie on them.
