I hope that they caught only the bad guys. In some Latin American countries they would capture any person they didn’t like or just random people because they needed to increase the number of people arrested to get a commission.

Since when does America care about the approval ratings of Latin American heads of state? If Maduro was number 1, you think they would've covered that? Of course not. They pick and choose based on who is America's puppet/lap dog and who isn't.
