We need more MEDIUM SIZE representation!
The media, as well as clothing stores, seem to be glorifying either super small sizer or sizes on the bigger end. Ofc everyone needs to see themselves, but I can't help but feel it's always to the extremes.
This episode reminded me of why I cannot stand Jillian Michaels.
I thought women were supposed to be moving past making fun of each other?
Balance, and remember you are your own purpose. Say your peace, discuss, etc etc. Her vids are great, and there is a space for her, and that's awesome š

You should be more concerned with the obesity epidemic that is literally KILLING people and putting them in an early grave, than you are concerned with the Gweneth Paltrows of the world. But no, you're going after skinny girls. Okay, whatever.
Developing healthy habits early is a good thing, too many obese people in this world now, I think eating Almonds, Greens, protein and healthy oils is better than a household filled with Canola Oil chips, sugary drinks and other processed foods, when Iām at checkout at the grocery store I get so grossed out with how much fake food people pile on at checkout
