Guy moving real crazy
Aus cricket waste his talent for 5 years
IF you look at THAT catch Marnus took in 2014 ( Long time ago but he has been asked about that catch So many times ) at the Gabba vs India . The ball scraped the grass( pitch) after he caught it, I believe it was a fair catch. That day the rule of " the ball touching the grass " did not apply so why should it today? We need consitancy and that front on zoomed shot clearly showed the ball carried into the hands of Harmer and shouldve been given all day. Luckely that didnt have a big impact today . But decisions like that could ruin games.
I also know that sometimes you get catches that feel 100% like they went in and that bounced infront and should be overturned.
Good knock. He could rightfully feel hard done by with the bad light, but he also got a 50/50 decision fall his way which evens it up. He looked very solid.and played some nice shots.
Marnus+luck = greatest test batter
