She wrote the article, at least put her name under it. She asked for a restriction order and as the people blamed mr. Depp, she not even once defended him. I experienced some serious problematic actions in my youth, but never would I want it to be misunderstood who the perpetrator was. I always preemptively defended the people who were near, but not involved. The fact that she rode the implication al the way home to me is an admission on its own.
It's clear who is the victim here and who is very sick. Amber needs help and Johnny needs to get back his career after the abuse he's endured from her imbalance.
Lawyers are last people you ask for an honest opinion. They are a paid actors that will do whatever they can do to make their client look innocent like an angel. This old man with white hair is probably paid by Amber, he was extremely biased here.

Hard to believe this evaluation of the case can be right. She can claim he beat her up for days at a time, dragged her by the hair through broken glass; and all she has to do is raise the possibility that on one occasion, amidst all her violence towards him, he may have laid a hand on her ( or even been guilty of non-physical abuse) and then she's not guilty of defamation.

His business manager embezzled 650 million. That's life altering stuff. Even more significant, his mother was on her death bed and Amber was messing with him daily.
This case is in a way redemption for Johnny Depp, not only for himself, but for his father who he said suffered in silence being abused by Depp’s mother, a woman for years.
It’s awful that this happened to Depp, but it’s also a good thing because he’s shedding light on the fact abuse CAN happen to men. All things happen for a reason, and he’s using his platform to speak truth and uncover what many people want to overlook. I’m a woman and mother of four boys saying this.
Her lawyers had no idea what to use to win the case so they tried to make johnny be in a bad spot with all those questions about the alcohol, now imagine the amount pf proves johnny’s lawyers have and how will she respond knowing the whole internet is against her

The recording of the cabinets proves nothing because he was not trying to intimidate Amber he was frustrated and he had the right to kick the cabinets or do whatever he wants to express that frustration as long as he doesn't harass her or intimidate her, in the video you can clearly see that he wasn't talking to her he wasn't even angry because of her she seems inbthe video pretty confident to be there because she knew he won't hurt her in any way she even laugh at the end of the video.

This lawyer needs to get the details of the case. Heard was the one that wrote the Op ED bringing the case into the public scene again. Deep is just trying to clear his name. She wrote it about him, she had the restraining order against him in 2016, and the paper came in 2018, unless she had other abusers on that year, she is referring to him when she says something about " 2 years ago".
AH was with Johnny Depp for five years and this is all she has? I don't believe a word this horrid woman says and neither do most watching. She should be in jail for perjury and blacklisted from any future films, period.

You need to read the language of the Op-Ed. It had "Violence" in the title, not "Abuse."
Hasn't been heard? This trial is about her and only her being listened to and believed. She has said more than enough. It's clear that her recordings of supposed abuse were nothing but her accusations and never his words or even his actions. She comes across as a violent, psychotic manipulator. And her attorneys are annoying as they object to supposed hearsay and then rely on hearsay to try to accuse Depp. They also come up with manipulative questions meant to make Depp appear guilty no matter how the witness responds. Thankfully, the witnesses caught on quickly and refused the bait.
B.S. Amber has benn running around for years, having affairs, misusing funds/money from Johnny, playing this innocent victim role and lying about him. Reporters need to go back and listen to these depositionsand Johnny's testimony. She admitted to hitting him, lying, cutting him, being crazy, chasing after him-ON RECORDING!
