Died for nothing. If this war continues it will soon be fought with planes. Light infantry combat hasn't made any difference in Ukraine. When they run outta feet, they will move to planes and long range attacks. I dont feel sorry for this person just because they wanted to help a conflict. We owe nothing to Ukraine and should not be there. We cant even take care ourselves. Being a patriot is honorable but this dude was just a mercenary who missed the adrenaline of combat. Go look up his history. We should honor him for his service to our country but there was no reason for him to go to Ukraine other than he was psychologically attracted to combat after serving so many tours.
Respect for his service but this war is pointless. Ukraine Will not succeed and they will spend decades rebuilding paid by our taxes
