American Amanda Bankert is the owner and executive pastry chef of Boneshaker, a donut and brownie shop in the heart of Paris. Bankert decided to open her shop at a time when donuts “didn’t exist here at the time.”

I felt the same way about Paris when I visited there in spring of 2010. I envy all who get to live in such an insanely beautiful city full of so much art, music, and culture. Can’t wait to go back one day and take our 3 boys too!
Do we have to go to every part of this world and export our fattening unhealthy foods to them? KFC McD etc have ruined the last 2 generations – the obesity level has skyrocketed in those countries since 1980s. Now everywhere you go it looks like obese America.

I and my financial advisor had donuts in a donut shop in Paris…lol my advisor increased my profit for a month saying the donut taste better than where he normally buys his own donuts
This is how I felt in Germany…the best fit for me. Left the US for a much better life in Germany.
The whole idea you can't get a donut in Paris is crazy so I looked it up and yeah there is like 50 donut shops there 😵💫
