The cost of living is too dang high. I’m disabled and barely surviving. I stress barely.
When you raise the interest rate this high, many will decide they cant afford the payments of what they financed, so they'll accept they must file a bankruptcy. They go charge all they can because their credit is going to be shot anyhow. Really screws up the ones they owe money too. We'll see house after house across the country foreclosed on. Rentals need to be smart, because there is going to be a mass surplus of housing around 2 years from now.
