Vacation in Cancun 15+ years ago…NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN! The whole place smelled like sewage, local Walmart exactly like Human Pee. The local law? Rode motorcycles with huge guns strapped to their backs. Terrifying to leave the resort. Couldn't trust anyone and every 10 seconds….tip tip tip? Never again!!!!

I got salmonella poisoning on my honeymoon in accapulco 40 years ago. Getting that sick in another country is scary. I hope they didn't buy any pharmaceuticals from a small pharmacy. The cartels have taken over the mom and pop pharmacies and stocking them with bogus adderall, benzos,and pain killers. They are using meth in the adderall and fentanyl in the downers.
