The power to legislate belongs solely to Congress. The other problem for the government myrmidons is that they cannot enact laws that make criminal today what was not criminal yesterday so as to charge someone with the new law. That's called an ex post facto law and is strictly prohibited. My question is: why hasn't Trump's legal team gone into court to quash the warrant? Not the court of this flunky Democrat loyalist they' went to first but a higher court? I don't get it.

Biden allegedly had one of his few good weeks, he passed the phony "inflation reduction act", there was the unusually strong jobs report, and he signed a treaty to add two more countries to NATO. This raid was the icing on the cake for this rare "good week" for this senile stuimbelbum Joe Biden. Biden has never had a "good week" as POTUS, he has hired the worst people (see Garland), pursued the wrong policies (see record inflation), his foreign policy initiatives have been a disaster, and the Southern border is in complete chaos.
