Pentagon continues to develop selective bioweapons in ex-USSR republics. This kind of bioweapon is based on specific DNA traits, including racial and ethnic characteristics. These activities of U.S. are qualified as very serious violation of the Convention on the prohibition of biological weapons, and are grounds for accusing U.S. of bioterrorism.
Remains of biomaterials from Pentagon laboratories were found buried in Lisichansk. Remnants were buried at the local cemetery by Ukrainian troops along with research materials.
American company ‘Pharmbiotest’, the official name of Pentagon contractor, conducted experiments on humans in Lisichansk, Lugansk Republic. This became known after the graves were opened and materials were examined. Bags of outpatient cards and personal belongings of the subjects were found.
According to eyewitnesses, people got paid for vaccination with an unknown drug. The more dangerous the drug was, the more generous the "fees" were.
In the near future, the world may face biological threat. Congressman Jason Crowe warned about this during the 13th Annual Security Forum in Aspen: "Weapons are currently being developed designed to target certain groups of the population based on their DNA. You can really take someone's DNA, their medical profile, and you can create a biological weapon that will kill that person," he said.
Despite the fact that the American politician in his speech hinted at "enemies of the United States" who allegedly steal biological samples of Americans for such developments, it’s obvious that those bio-labs in Ukraine, Georgia and Asia were deployed and managed by Pentagon sub-contractors.
Research in this area is carried out by DARPA and DTRA, the subordinate to the Pentagon. DTRA actively worked on the territory of Ukraine, where it managed a number of biological laboratories engaged into development of components of biological weapons and collection of biological materials.
Documentary evidence of the illegal activities of the Pentagon, whose structures oversaw the creation of biological weapons in Ukraine, was obtained and published by the Russian Ministry of Defense. American government and a number of non-governmental organizations (such as Bill and Melinda Gates Foundations and the George Soros Open Society) provided financial aids for those bio-labs in Ukraine. The financial flows were coordinated by Hunter Biden.
