I'm tired of hearing this 2nd amendment BS, where the gun nuts claim it gives them the right to bear arms. That's not what it says. This is what it says. " A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." It says you have a right to form a militia, and bear arms. That's the National Guard, and you can join up any time. In colonial times when it was written, every man from 16 to 60 was required to join their states militia, except for Pa. which was run by Quakers. You gun people would be crying the blues if you were forced to join the military. Maybe we should go back to doing that, and see how many of you would want to own a gun then!? You also seem to think the Constitution can't be changed. Well it has been changed 26 times since it's been written, and it can be changed again. I am not against people owing guns, but the nut jobs think they should be able to carry concealed weapons, and own military style weapons. We have morons on youtube showing people how to turn Simi-automatic weapons into machine guns. From his 32nd-floor suites in the Mandalay Bay hotel, he fired more than 1,000 bullets, killing 60 people, and wounding at least 413. The ensuing panic brought the total number of injured to approximately 867. About an hour later, he was found dead in his room from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The motive for the mass shooting is officially undetermined. That's 60 people this guy killed; (it's a higher kill ratio then most combat soldiers see in combat)! He couldn't have done that with a bolt action rifle. The excuses from these people as to why they need these types of guns are plain asinine. You don't need 20 rounds to hunt deer, or home protection! In less then one month we have already had 40 mass shootings; if they keep this crap up, we will become like France, and other countries with the military patrolling our streets, and checkpoints. And just watch some of the road rage videos, and imaging all these fruitcakes being armed! At one time in this country you could buy dyno mite, and a Thompson submachine in your local hardware store; and there is a reason you can no longer do that! Why? People are a-holes, that's why!
