Was the kidnapper the Uber driver assigned to pick her up or was he impersonating an Uber driver by wearing a wig? Since she knew the guy before, wouldn't she have known he wasn't the Uber driver assigned to pick her up? Also, how was she able to write a note if her hands were zip-tied?
