If someone threw rocks at your moving vehicle, that is literally a risk not only to your life but to whoever u might crash into when / if you lose control of your vehicle. When do people realize that there are consequences for violent actions and sometimes those consequences are that violence may be visited upon you in return for those actions ? Since when are we defending the attackers of the world ? Those in the commission of a crime. It’s almost like right and wrong no longer apply. I think people miss the point when they say “just let them run away and pick them up later when you can safely apprehend them. How many people might be hurt or killed during that timeframe ? Come on people. Use some common sense. You either want police to protect you and keep violent offenders from being violent or you don’t.
