Crawford County Sheriff Jim Damante said he probably would not have been aware of several Arkansas officers’ violent use of force while arresting a man if not for the viral video that captured the incident. Damante said there is dashboard camera footage from another angle that provides more context to the situation but condemned the violence the officers demonstrated.

havent really reviewed the circumstances here but have drawn the required conclusions 1. the suspect wasnt unnecessarily killed, which is pretty good police work and 2. the sheriffs not in uniform. hes gonna have to show a little more respect for the duty of public address, representing the department, if this matter is to become a public crisis.
Note the lack of officer's cams use. Well, it's very sad state of affairs that his subordinates conspire to such arrests and public behavior openly, since they got away with it secretly. He needs to step down.

Ok…caught. Police lose their pension past, present , future. Wont even need time, cost of trial or jail time in protective custody paid by taxes. Problem solved and message sent to all police in state. Just codify in federal law and hire decent people, educate them, pay them more.
