Arrests made in 1975 Indiana cold case murder



Police say DNA evidence helped them identify two suspects in the 1975 murder of 17-year-old Laurel Jean Mitchell. WPTA’s Tyler Brummett reports.

  2. WELL…I just looked Fred Bandy up on a Detective website. It looks like he had previous child molestation arrests, so he should have been a suspect from Day One. Didn't find anything on the other guy.
    But, also, Old Fred is shown as having NO Education or occupation.

  24. People need to realize that you will not get away with crimes with genealogy and DNA as a new weapon to solve them.
