They can't have it both ways. They acknowledge that a huge part of the population has not returned to the workforce and then they claim that unemployment is low.
The only thing that is low are the number of unemployed Americans drawing unemployment benefits because benefits ran out. So they are either flat broke or on welfare now.
That was Obama's unemployment solution.. Put everyone on welfare and they are no longer counted as unemployed.
