  1. I think Charles will be a good king. People will get used to him quickly. That his mother lived so long that the turbulences in his own life (princess Diana died almost a quarter of a century ago! Many of his subjects were not even born back then!) are now long gone certainly helps. Also, he would not be the first troublesome heir, who became a great king, just think of Edward VII, who succeeded queen Victoria!
