I do agree. In Georgia and here is no low cost or free cost of spaying an neutering. I have 8 rescue from the streets. Now I'm in need of 5 neutering an spaying
I rescue dogs from the street and I can tell you rescue dogs are the best dog you could ever want. Rescue dogs are very inteligent and loving, I speak with a lot of experience I have rescued about 200 to 250 dogs.
