ANY AND ALL VIOLENT CRIME should NOT have bail. They should sit in jail until trial. PERIOD. All non-violent crime (excluding DUI, accidents that involve mayhem or death) should be afforded bail to be released. PERIOD.
What would make someone want to sucker punch a random individual? Two things, I'd say. One, a severe lack of testosterone, leading to a painful withering of certain body parts; and two, an intense desire to spend the next twenty years locked in a concrete box with a much larger man who suffers a severe lack of testosterone, leading to a painful withering of certain body parts.

Someone did me like that last year in Columbus Ohio right in front of the courthouse where there was a camera. And the guy was never arrested. He came up behind me and he hit me just like that and I fell down just like that. And nothing happened to him. So when the justice system which is a joke allows these people to keep on reoffending people and doing the same thing it's like they're being rewarded because they're not being punished. And also for people's children who keeps on reoffending they had to hold the parents accountable they ought to write it into law because you need to know you should know where your kids at or what your kids is doing and for your kids to keep on getting in trouble over and over and over again that parent needs to be held accountable.
If you as a prosecutor will NOT charge criminals who assault vulnerable people, then at least lower the standards of self defense, so that those of us who can defend themselves physically don't have to worry about going to jail or even prison for defending themselves.
Something needs to change America.
Lock them up. Don't let violent people out on bail and don't change violent charge down to non violent.
That's what I say forget the law you take the loan to your own hand and you punish these people if we have to execute them so they don't keep going on doing the same thing over and over because the law does not punish the criminals
When your crime ends someone's life, your life deserves to be ended as well. There should be NO leniency for these cases. These people have zero respect for society, and don't deserve to take part in it.
I'm all for bail reform….BUT violent offenders should not get that privilege to be free and to continue their rampage on innocent people

I think the main problem is there is not enough prison space to keep all these people locked up. Plus it costs a lot of money to house the prisoners. A different solution needs to be created to deal with this type of criminal, and my vote is for instant execution.
If want bail they must give up hands and other dangerous parts of there body or be locked up till scientist say there are no longer zombie
