Several small towns in Mississippi are still recovering after a powerful tornado swept through the area, killing at least 26 people as residents brace for more potential severe weather across the region. NBC News’ Maggie Vespa reports from Silver City, Mississippi.Β

  4. I hope they have a system to make sure that it's only locals who are receiving donated items. I live in Mayfield, KY. Locals could barely get anything because, every single day, every Mexican that could travel to Mayfield came and hoarded as much as they could load their vehicles with. Locals could barely get through donations lines because of all the Mexicans, few of whom even spoke English. They were carting off donated food, clothes, coats, shoes, homemade quilts, bedding, furniture, etc. After several months of that, they FINALLY started requiring proof of residency.
