During a press conference in Atlanta, attorney Brian Spears detailed the autopsy of Manuel Esteban Páez Terán, known as “Tortuguita,” an environmental activist who was fatally shot by police. Spears also called on the Georgia Bureau of Investigations to meet with the family and release their report of the incident.

About time major news carried this story – I'm a 9/11 survivor and i think the GBI are cowards of the lowest order for this murder, and for charging Tortuguita's friends with domestic terrorism charges. If you think this doesn't apply to you, the corporations are aching for the ability to have the cops charge you with terrorism for speaking up when you get fired from your job, for refusing to go when a hedge fund evicts you from your home.
And I mean that in the figure of expression sense, that they need to lose their jobs.
