Aussies ‘slightly disappointed’ as batters fail to convert | Men’s Ashes 2023

Speaking after scoring his first half-century of the UK tour, but like several of his teammates he was unable to push on to a big score, Australia No.3 Marnus Labuschagne says he is happy with where his ever-changing technique has landed in recent days as he reflects on Australia’s 8-299 on the opening day of the fourth Ashes Test

  1. Crawley will break Lara's 400 in this test. England will make over 700 runs.

  2. He looks younger without his gear on

  3. I think Warner needs to call it a day as soon as possible

  4. Khawaja should have really helped to convert coz he is muslim

  5. i would love to think the wicket is two paced but reality….we messed up….400 needed

  6. Don't worry Australia will bounce back

  7. No Aus No 100 for Marnus Labushagne

  8. It was disappointing. After the early period those were probably the best batting conditions we've had all series & several times we were in a position to consolidate, post a big score & take the game away from England. Set players gave their wickets away too easily & while Warner didn't get out to Broad, it was his standard mode of dismissal as per god knows how many of his last 3-5 years of test innings.

  9. No comments😂 aussies must be worried about a ton from crawley. If he gets his eye in those 300 runs will not be enough
