Healy though a good player but has no leadership qualities. Not pro active. In the WIPL, her leadership was a failure in spite of quality players around her. First to lose in T20 and then ODI to South Africa says it all. She is the wrong person for the job.

Historic win by SA. Marizanne Kapp is one of the best all rounders currently along with Hayley Matthews, Nat Sciver Brunt. But SA needs to do something about their bowling under pressure..so many loose balls, no balls, wide balls…Australia would've bundled up under 100 if SA hadn't given them so many extra runs.
