The outcome of the most recent federal parliamentary election that has just concluded in Australian will definitely be perceived as a 'political watershed.'
Getting rid of oil obsessed conservatives is the right thing to do. I wish here in America we would get politicians like in Australia.
As in any Westminster based political system, the PM isn’t elected to their office. They can only be removed from office by their party being voted from office or changing their leader.
After 10 years as Australian citizenship, this year my wife and I voted for the first time in any Australian election, to help remove the conservatives from office and rid Australia of the misogynistic, christian bigot that is Morrison. Embarrassingly, he was also a pro Trump puppet.
He made the silly mistake of forgetting that around 50% of the Australian electorate is female and some 45% atheist.
