But there is an average of one gas leak incident reported every 40 hours in the US.
If this is indeed a gas leak, what's worrying is that even if you yourself switched to electric. Your neighbors' accident can harm you as well.
Gas pocket from a dead gas line I would say. Better check your drill maps.

A house just exploded 3 days ago from a gas leak just a few blocks away from my house and a set of row homes exploded from a gas leak just 2 blocks from me a couple of years ago. In both incidents none of the homes caught on fire, which I always thought was strange. However, this home was already a fireball when it exploded (as seen from the ring cam footage I saw in another video.) That seems strange to me, but I certainly am not a fire, gas, or explosive expert.

I live in Philadelphia and we had a few of these over the years. It's definitely gas explosion very consistent with all the gas explosions you see or read about in PA.

There are homes in Plum that are built over old mines. That needs to be investigated because why is this happening over and over in Plum but not surrounding areas? Surrounding areas haven’t had 3 homes blow up in a 15 year period. There needs to be real journalism involved here and questions asked before it happens again.
