Poor baby bear 🐻 🐻❄ they don't have a land of their own anymore.
I would have made that bear a buffet! He's a hungry bear. Stop building larger homes than are necessary and taking away their habitats! The least you can do is feed all of these animals that you've crowed out with your entitlement and greed at a designated location.
