troubling how I mentioned EMS , this now comes into play, not sure if it was a police delay requesting EMS, or EMS took their time getting there, 22 minutes – it took EMS twenty-two minutes to get there, most likely more charges, and more persons indited, as it is now revealed there were two county sheriff offices on the scene, the sheriff department is a separate entity.
