I'm sorry you cooperate fat cats are locked into expensive leases and mortgages on those office buildings that you have to force employees back into in order to justify your real estate expenses. Now Ken you seem to enjoy talking down to people like they where your kids, and I can't speak for everyone, but I'm my own boss now and don't need people like you lecturing me. That's where I went.
It's hilarious to me that companies will say you need to adapt and get the skills for the future, yet they dont want to admit that remote work is the present and future.
If your work can be done at home then it can be done from India.

Freelancing is a very valid option. A paycheck is not worth the job stress. Where are they going to go? Hmm the cyber security field in America is lacking and offers remote work. This is nothing but fear mongering used within the workforce to regain the control. Companies serve as overlords enslaving people for political parties hidden agendas. If there is no one to enslave there are no minds to control and these politicians lose a main source of influence over the people. So now these overlords are attempting to round up those runaway slaves.

Traditional place of work is at or near home. Sitting for hours in a metal box to get somewhere just so you can sit in front of a computer is insanity when you can do it at home, spend commute time on exercise and have lunch with your family like Jesus intended.

The push for socialism is targeted to young people who are afraid to make their own decisions. They were accustomed to everything their parents gave them and want to maintain that quality of life but fails to realize it was hard work that gave their parents what they have.
