Spaz was a term that goes back to the late 80s early 90s it meant the person is going to hurt you if you keep disrespecting them or doing something offensive towards them they obviously don't like. That was the context actions taken for being disrespectful. I get it though as for years up until now really l never knew it was associated with mental illness but l get it. Like the term 7:30. Even the term "l am about to go biblical" from the movie Pulp Fiction. We create terms and they become terms in our environment but l get it. Most of us will associate the term with the meaning we given it not knowing it's true origin. When someone said spaz out on you back in the days it meant you was going to get hurt if you kept doing what you are doing and it was understood that way but l get it. Even l did not understand the word origin up until now.

I have spasms quite often along with hemiplegic migraines. I've also been writing songs, if spaz comes in handy, it will just be there. You can't control a persons body. She spazzed in a few movies and a few music videos, but people saying she can't say it is beyond wild. People been okay with two, too, and to for years though.
