Businesses have become very abusive in putting low level employees on salaries, expecting them to work 50, 60 hours for wages that are very low. They use a loophole in the law saying that managers can be paid on salary and not hourly. But many of these people are not real managers. They may manage 3 or 4 people at a very low level of authority. Hate Biden, but I actually agree that this is a problem that needs to be corrected.
