With all the leaks, there must of been some kinda shut downs. But it must of been up and running fast., the pipeline was never shutdown completely as far as I know. My view, it should of never been built through the U.S. We have oil here, drill here, so foreign oil can't control prices here, competition, they get to high we don't have to buy.

The Keystone Pipeline has existed and the proposed Keystone XL Pipeline wants to cross the Ogallala Aquifer, the largest aquifer in the US and necessary for the breadbasket. They can follow the existing route, they already have right of way. I've seen the plans for future pipelines, they want to connect the refineries and create east and west coast terminals, They already have the gulf terminal. The last I checked, the US had a crude deficit, but not a petroleum deficit, we export a lot of product. Check the EIA for facts and not Fox News.
Biden should make them use the existing Keystone Pipeline route and protect the Ogallala Aquifer for our farmers.
