Ukrainian President Zelensky has repeatedly pointed out that the illegal and brutal aggression of Putin's Neo-Communism and Neo-Bolshevism presents existential threat to the freedom and independence not just of Ukraine only but all of Europe.

To be fair, Biden had just returned from visiting refugee camps in Ukraine last week. He has certainly lost his fast pitch, but a Ukrainian trip like that would have exhausted anyone. He's moving slow, but I think last week was not representative of his normal ability.
