The Biden administration announced they will have new enforcement actions at the southern border as he plans his first presidential visit to the U.S.-Mexico border. The new policies will bar more immigrants from Cuba, Haiti and Nicaragua from crossing the border to claim asylum. NBC’s Mike Memoli reports.
