  4. I learned how to manage $ by 4th grade! ya spend too much U R in DEBT!!! DUHHHH

  5. As the saying goes “You can’t fix stupid, you can sedate it but not fix it” fits Joe perfectly. This has nothing to do with his age, he is just plain ignorant. Sad to think this idiot has been helping run our government for decades. He is such an embarrassment and has destroyed our country in 18 months.

  6. Don’t believe anything our POS President has to say along with his entire cabinet

  7. Who's running this dog and pony show?

  8. Let's Go Brandon!!! Start this proceedings!!!

  9. You should all know that, hypothetically–REQUIRED DISCLAIMED THAT THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE THAT SHOULD BE RELIED UPON WITHOUT CONSULTATION WITH AN ATTORNEY LICENSED TO PRACTICE FIRST (you can usually get a free consultation from a consumer bankruptcy attorney somewhere though, at least in the more populated jurisdictions that tend to have more lawyers in competition for business)–so long as you are eligible (which generally you automatically will be if you make what's considered, based upon census data less than 'gross median income' from your state) you can file a chapter 7 bankruptcy once every 8 years are discharge most of the debt that exists if it's just your standard "I got this debt under 'normal' circumstances and later could not pay" type of situation, CERTAINLY credit card debt would be forgiven if you in fact qualify for 7 and comply with the process requirements, ABSENT some special exemption (like fraud committed to get the debt) which would still require the creditor (A) show up and (B) actually prove it (very often no easy task, or just impossible, based upon available evidence) to stick you with said credit card debt. Otherwise by default nine time out of ten (or more) credit card debts will simply be presumable forgivable, and actually forgiven upon completion of the case.

The only real 'issue' then (besides the judgment call of when it's 'enough' debt to warrant 'using up' your 'only once in every 8 years' chapter 7) is if you would lose any property. U.S. law currently will cause any real property (house land etc.) you own to be sold to pay debts in a chapter 7 if it appears to have substantial equity. The other possible thing that might cause you to lose property in a chapter 7 is to not be current on loan or leased payments for property which was sold to you under financing or leased to you–typically, more or less, the law as it is currently setup forces people filing a chapter 7 (or contemplating doing so) to either (A) be or get current, if possible, for anything leased or financed property they wish to keep (and pay it off as originally agreed to keep it, even after the bankruptcy OR (B) surrender the property. In other words, although in theory under status quo law a few other results are POSSIBLE, in practice most of the time for various reasons people filing a chapter 7 have a "take it or leave it" choice of either continuing the original agreement (in terms of payment amount, frequency, etc.) more or less unchanged OR giving the 'stuff' back and that being more or less the end of the deal as far as both parties are concerned (any remainder–as there often would otherwise be for cars specifically–is forgiven, but the creditor ends up getting the collateral/leased property back).

  10. Why do we have the nursing home escapee’s running the country?

  11. Biden senses peril for Democrats in Midterms, so trying to use his last 3 months until then to Ramrod Through Build Back Even Worse 2.0.

  12. Can't squeeze something that doesn't exist. Democrats need to PAY!!!!

  13. I know exactly what's happening!! This is SOLELY BASED ON GREED AND POWER!!! We have a ENTIRELY GODLESS GOVERNMENT AND MEDIA!!!

  14. Spending more will only bankrupt the US even more. Sounds like Biden and his crackhead son owe China big time.

  15. News flash to everyone it's not just Biden that is corrupt it's the entire government and they all need to be replaced or this ludicrous Behavior will not end

  16. Demented idiot….that is Joe Biden. We don't want a transition. The only transition acceptable is the transition of Demented democrats OUT of our nation.

  17. Totally absurd policy. Commentators said it best.

  18. This is their assault on the common ppl & the intentional destruction of the middle class. All the current Democrat's policies across the board show their intention is to create a welfare socialist state & they have stated exactly this through the WEF.

  19. Why dont somebody do something about this and stop talking about it

  20. The Dems and this Administration are the geriatric party. They don’t know what they are doing or they just don’t care.

  21. never trust that an elderly lady is up on the actual cost of living.

  22. You can't spend your way out of a deficit and recession from over spending

  23. More Gaslighting from Biden.

  24. The average person was doing too well and the government found a way to take it away and over 80 million stupid people vote our current dip stick in office. Trump warned all of this would happen and they didn't listen

  25. This what we get when we allow a fraud into office and a corrupt fraud at that.

  26. This idiot in the White House and his advisors are just STUPID. More government spending leads to more inflation, how many times do we have to do this. Cut the crap and cut government spending. The Federal Reserve and the Obiden government are totally at odds with one another and neither side chooses to acknowledge it.

  27. Just ONE more thing 🤔 I thought she was going to "Burp" real loud!

  28. This loser needs to learn eco 101 all over again

  29. This man is sick, what a mess. More spending.

  30. If the politications only got paid as much as we do maybe they'd do there jobs oh wait there plan is steal and spend more

  31. Democrat = Communist. Communist = Criminal. Communist = Liar. Democrat = Criminal + Liar.

  32. Joy is a embarrassment to the black race and educational system !!!! And yellen is to old and stupid to be in office !!!

  33. "Janet yellen gets it" what is she willing to do today about this thing she calls inflation?

  34. Biden believes more taxes will solve everything. Who would have "thunk" it?

  35. Right Biden’s cabinet doesn’t see Recession they simply give themselves 10,000 BONUS 💩. YUP you didn’t know Joey is an expert economist !! 😳😳. Yup how to ruin Americans Economy the FASTEST. Of any President EVER even Obama who daily kissed China’s Boots selling out Americans

  36. Let’s go Brandon!

  37. We will never survive two more years of Biden.

  38. Covid $trillions is the cause of inflation and because covid is a fraud just to bilk the public out of trillions making billionaires %64 richer also gave the military double their annual budget. Total scam all of Congress is involved and media are owned by billionaires.

  39. Biden is a total idiot u cannot keep spending and spending. This does not help inflation

  40. This strategy is ludicrous! Example: If I spend more money on my credit card will it reduce my balance. Geez! You can't spend your way out of inflation. Now you're imposing more taxes on an economy already in recession. More taxes on corporations will do several things which aren't good for a weak economy: businesses will either relocate, lay-off employees or pass higher prices for services/merchandise onto the consumer. This presidency has been a complete debacle! I pray a strong midterm election will stem some of this nonsense with better policies and ideology.

  41. Well we already know sleeply joe in doesn't know how to get his head out of his 4th point of contact.

  42. This bill will reduce inflation like blowing air into a balloon will make it smaller.

  43. joe the clown and aoc went to the same math class

  44. Joe goes down in history as the dumbest US president…unless COVID kills him and Kamala step up.

  45. Many Americans who do not have money have to hitchhike someone else's car to ask for free food because they don't have money to fuel up and run everywhere asking for free food. People living in this situation are like, refugees are migrating to the United States to need food to save lives in difficult times.
President Trump also shed tears when he saw that Americans had to pay for housing costs to increase taxes, but workers' wages did not increase by only 10-12 USD an hour, they had to lose more than 8000 USD – 10,000 USD per year due to inflation.
