Biden released $6B to Iran which they used to help fund terrorist groups and the Hamas group that attacked Israel. Iran is also on the verge of being able to create a nuclear bomb. President Trump against has the best idea, make all foreign aid loans not give always. With loans there is tracking, accountability and expectation of repayment. At the very least American citizens would know how the money was spent, who spent it, and if they were wise in lending it.
