China and Russia have spent far more on military expansion in the last 10 years than the western countries and yet have poorly equipped and poorly trained personnel. So what happened to the billions. A lot of it went into the pockets politicians and military commanders. I firmly believe even though it takes longer for democracy to reach consensus but in the end the quality of life and freedom of choice makes for a stronger society. USA has made not just amazingly effective weapons but it is a system which provides opportunity for innovation and gives even a common person unprecedented opportunity to advance one's self through hard work. The charter in the constitution of the USA is designed to ensure rights and freedoms. Unfortunately few in this world are enjoying these rights because communism has taken away these rights from people living in many of countries. The USA innovative leadership in weapons is a small part of the its industrial might. The USA and other democracies have some of the most equatable and fair treatment of citizens of any country in the world fostering unprecedented generation of wealth. Ukraine is not the only country under threat of invasion. Taiwan another prosperous democratic country is also under threat. Taiwan which us many times smaller have achieved incredible innovation in technology compared to China which is one times larger. I firmly agree with president Biden that freedom needs to be defended when necessary and when necessary with force.
Ukrainians appreciate the support. Especially for the speed and number of heavy armour attack weapons. This is undoubtedly the only possible way to end the war. Nobody needs this war except the Kremlin. Peace and economic growth to the world ❤️❤️
