Bernstein is NOT an economist. Like the rest of the "economic advisors" in this administration, he is a political theorist. His training is in social work and studies of social welfare. He knows less about analyzing economic indicators that an average BS from a decent economics program.

That is a made up solution that does not work. It is not good for most engines and it is less efficient than regular gasoline so ultimately there is very little savings if any.
